Today, we’re proud to unveil a brand and name that we have been developing over the past few months with The HYM Investment Group and National Real Estate Advisors LLC: the Boston site that has been known as the Government Center Garage will now become Bulfinch Crossing. The new name for this 2.9 million-square-foot project highlights its special location in the city — the Bulfinch Triangle, originally planned by America’s first architect, Charles Bulfinch — a place where history and the future come together.
The name combines Bulfinch’s legacy with the project’s pivotal location, situated atop two MBTA subway lines, a short walk from the city’s main transportation hubs, and a five-minute drive from Logan Airport — setting a new standard for transit-oriented development. The project’s 1.1 million-square-foot office tower will be called One Congress.
We’re thrilled to bring this brand to life over the coming months through an exciting program, including 3D illustrations, a virtual reality experience, and a short film. Visit the Bulfinch Crossing website to learn more and stay informed about upcoming developments.
